Vistra Launches Dedicated Latin American Business Unit

Following its December 2025 acquisition of Biz Latin Hub, Vistra has officially launched Vistra Latam to streamline operations across 18 regional markets. The new unit integrates the group’s global infrastructure with specialized local teams to provide legal, tax, payroll, and compliance services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The expansion arrives as multinational companies increasingly seek a unified partner to navigate the region's fragmented regulatory landscape. Vistra Latam targets three core segments: U.S. mid-sized firms pursuing nearshoring strategies, Latin American companies expanding into the United States, and global multinationals scaling operations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. By consolidating services under one umbrella, the firm aims to eliminate the friction of managing disparate local providers.

According to Raimundo Diaz, executive vice president of Americas at Vistra, the region offers significant opportunities for supply chain diversification and talent acquisition despite its inherent complexity. Vistra intends to leverage a decade of experience from its Brazil-based team to anchor these new operations. This organizational shift follows the appointment of Kim Jenkins as group CEO last July, marking a strategic push to deepen the firm's footprint in emerging markets.
