MIXAID Kitchen Gadget Secures National Retail and Media Breakthrough

A single appearance on ABC’s The View triggered a surge of 3,078 unit sales for the silicone bowl liner system, propelling the product from a kitchen-counter concept into a nationwide retail partnership with Target as the inventors close out a breakout second quarter in 2026.

Developed by Luisa Marchese and Dawn Archie-Johansen, the patented silicone liner simplifies stand mixer cleanup, a niche utility that caught the attention of national buyers following a feature on the "View Your Deal" segment. The exposure served as a catalyst for a full-container order from Target, a deal finalized after initial networking at The Inspired Home Show.

The commercial ascent of the product relies on a licensing strategy managed by Intromark, a subsidiary of InventHelp. By securing utility patent protection early, the inventors successfully navigated the gap between a domestic prototype and mass-market distribution. Kurtis Charlton, Managing Director of Licensing at Intromark, noted that the rapid sales spike underscores the viability of independent inventions when backed by targeted retail outreach and media visibility.
