Dubai’s healthcare landscape shifted significantly as TruDoc marked 15 years of operations, reporting that its digital-first network has now reached 2.5 million lives across seven international markets. The milestone, celebrated at a high-level summit, highlights the firm’s transition from a startup to a pillar of regional medical infrastructure.
Since its inception in 2011, TruDoc has facilitated over 850,000 virtual consultations and managed 730,000 medication deliveries. Executive Chairman Vish Narain noted that these figures represent a shift in how healthcare providers and employers approach remote solutions. With services spanning diagnostics support and care management, the company is positioning itself to expand its reach further into the digital health sector as demand for efficient, tech-enabled delivery continues to rise.
