The service utilizes Starlink’s Mini, Standard, and Performance terminals, pre-configured into deployment kits that allow for rapid activation. Beyond hardware, WEI addresses the complexity of enterprise integration by connecting satellite feeds into existing SD-WAN and SASE architectures, including platforms from Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet. This allows organizations to maintain consistent security and traffic management across distributed sites.
WEI Launches Satellite Connectivity Suite to Accelerate Site Deployment
Salem-based IT provider WEI has introduced WEI Connect, a managed service integrating Starlink satellite hardware with enterprise-grade network support. By bypassing the months-long wait times typical of fiber or coaxial installations, the platform aims to provide high-speed, resilient internet for remote and mobile corporate locations in mere hours.

To bridge the gap between consumer-grade satellite hardware and corporate requirements, WEI provides a centralized dashboard for real-time telemetry, monitoring link latency, throughput, and signal obstructions. The company backs this with a network of 4,000 field technicians across North America and 24/7 proactive support. According to WEI President Belisario Rosas, the goal is to grant IT leaders control over their network strategies without the traditional delays associated with terrestrial infrastructure expansion.
