Hemlo Mining Expands Board with Capital Markets Veteran Eva Koci
Eva Koci, a veteran of Canada’s capital markets with two decades of expertise in the mining sector, has joined the Board of Directors at Hemlo Mining Corp. Her appointment, effective June 22, 2026, increases the company’s board to seven members and shifts the composition of key committees toward full independence.

Beyond her capital markets experience, Koci previously served as an independent director for South Kirkland Gold. Her arrival at Hemlo Mining triggers a reorganization of the company’s internal committees. The Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance committees will now consist entirely of independent directors. Koci will lead the Compensation Committee and serve on the Audit Committee, bringing experience gained from previous roles at Jennings Capital and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. to the Ontario-based gold producer.
