Aerotek has secured the number one position on the 2026 list of the largest industrial staffing firms in the United States. According to Staffing Industry Analysts, the Hanover-based company expanded its market share to 7.3% in 2025, climbing from the 6.7% share it held the previous year.
Tom Kelly, president of Aerotek, framed the top ranking as a byproduct of the company’s commitment to service outcomes. He noted that while the firm maintains a presence across more than 200 North American offices, the primary objective remains the tangible impact on client production demands and individual career growth. The annual SIA rankings are based on revenue data collected during the first quarter of 2026, reflecting the company’s performance throughout the preceding calendar year.
