The transition puts control into the hands of 3BMgmnt Inc., JEB Food Group, and Operadora 2 Montes—entities that have already scaled the brand across the U.S. and international markets. Despite the corporate restructuring, the leadership team remains unchanged. President and COO Roger Gondek, alongside CMO Melissa Fry, CPO Lexi Burns, and CFO Scott Gray, will continue to direct operations. The company stated that no staff reductions are planned, with active hiring expected to support ongoing expansion.
Twin Peaks Returns to Private Ownership Under Franchisee Group
Twin Peaks is severing ties with FAT Brands to return to private ownership, operating now as Summit Twin Hospitality I, LLC. The move follows the formation of Summit Acquisitions, LLC, a strategic advisory group comprised of major franchise operators who hold the brand’s bonds and aim to stabilize its long-term growth.

With more than 115 locations currently in operation, the brand is maintaining its growth trajectory. Recent development agreements include expansion into Connecticut and South Texas, with a new lodge scheduled to open in Kissimmee, Florida, on June 29. Kratos Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for the transition, which is designed to provide the company with a more stable financial foundation to support its existing scratch-kitchen and sports-viewing business model.
