Nurix specializes in building agentic AI capable of executing workflows across voice, chat, email, and SMS. By bringing NuPlay to the Microsoft ecosystem, the company aims to move beyond simple generative demos, focusing instead on the latency, orchestration, and control required for production-grade enterprise environments. The platform integrates directly with existing CRM, ERP, and Azure services.
Nurix Deploys NuPlay AI Agents to Microsoft Marketplace
Enterprise AI startup Nurix has officially launched its NuPlay platform on the Microsoft Marketplace, granting Azure customers direct access to tools designed for autonomous agent deployment. The move signals a shift toward integrating agentic AI into core business workflows like sales, HR, and IT operations.

"The next phase of enterprise AI will be defined by agents that can operate reliably in real workflows," said Mukesh Bansal, founder of Nurix AI. Cyril Belikoff, vice president of Microsoft Azure Product Marketing, noted that the inclusion of NuPlay expands the marketplace’s ability to connect organizations with specialized AI agents. Nurix, which is backed by investors including General Catalyst and Accel, positions this integration as a way to streamline the scaling of autonomous operations for global enterprises.
