Through the end of June, men can sign up at DependWakeUpCall.com to receive motivational video messages from Sanders. These clips focus on accountability and preparation, urging viewers to schedule physicals or address personal health challenges. The initiative stems from Sanders' own experience with bladder cancer, which resulted in surgery in 2025 and a subsequent reliance on the brand's products.
Deion Sanders and Depend Partner to Tackle Men’s Health Stigma
Deion "Coach Prime" Sanders is leveraging his recovery from bladder cancer to push men toward proactive healthcare this month. As the new face of Depend Real Fit, the NFL Hall of Famer is launching a campaign of personalized "Wake Up Calls" designed to end the trend of delaying critical medical screenings.
"Too many men keep putting their health on pause and that's a losing game," Sanders stated, framing the avoidance of medical checkups as a failure of discipline rather than a private matter. The campaign also marks the nationwide debut of new product packaging featuring his image, a move intended to normalize the use of absorbent underwear and strip away the stigma often associated with bladder leaks. Katie Moran, North America President of Adult and Feminine Care at Kimberly-Clark, noted that the partnership aims to shift the public narrative from embarrassment to empowerment by bringing a common, yet often hidden, health experience into the open.
