Innventure Investors Face October 27 Deadline in Securities Fraud Case

Investors who lost more than $100,000 in Innventure, Inc. securities between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, have until October 27, 2026, to file for lead plaintiff status. A class action lawsuit alleging that the company misled shareholders regarding its financial targets and business partnerships is currently moving through the courts.

The litigation centers on claims that Innventure provided false or misleading information regarding its subsidiary, Accelsius Holdings LLC. Specifically, the lawsuit alleges that a purported deal with DarkNX was misrepresented, as there was no evidence that the partner was capable of constructing a large-scale AI data center. Consequently, the complaint argues that Innventure’s internal revenue and cash flow projections for 2026 lacked a reasonable basis, ultimately causing financial harm to investors when the reality of these operations emerged.

Rosen Law Firm, which is representing the plaintiffs, maintains that investors do not need to pay out-of-pocket fees to participate, as the case operates under a contingency fee arrangement. While a lawsuit has been filed, no class has yet been certified. Investors retain the right to select their own counsel, remain an absent class member, or move to serve as a lead representative to help direct the litigation.
