Las Vegas has reclaimed its place on the global culinary map as the Michelin Guide returns to the city after a 17-year hiatus. MGM Resorts emerged as the clear leader in the inaugural Southwest edition, securing a total of four stars across three properties and earning the region’s only two-star distinction.
Beyond the two-star pinnacle, MGM’s portfolio captured two additional stars for L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon and é by José Andrés. The recognition extended to broader categories as well, with China Poblano by José Andrés earning a Bib Gourmand. Gymkhana at ARIA and Michael Mina Bellagio were also named to the Michelin Selected list, further cementing the operator's influence over the city's high-end dining landscape. Ari Kastrati, MGM Resorts' Chief Content, Development, and Hospitality Officer, noted that the results validate years of strategic investment in chef partnerships and diverse culinary concepts, ranging from avant-garde tasting menus to accessible, globally inspired fare.
