With less than two weeks until opening, Furniture China and Maison Shanghai are finalizing preparations for their dual-venue return to Shanghai. The exhibitions, organized by CNFA and IM Sinoexpo, will host over 3,200 brands across 350,000 square meters, anticipating an influx of 200,000 industry professionals.

Furniture China takes place September 8–11 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, emphasizing manufacturing and supply chain logistics. Simultaneously, Maison Shanghai runs September 7–10 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, focusing on interior design and lifestyle trends. Together, these venues provide a comprehensive route for buyers ranging from material sourcing to final product market analysis.

Sourcing efficiency remains a priority this year through specialized hall layouts. Hall E4 highlights outdoor and leisure solutions, while Hall N2 showcases dining furniture in curated living scenarios. The commercial sector is addressed in Hall E5, covering hospitality and office projects. International participation is robust, with brands from 25 countries—including dedicated pavilions from France, Singapore, Türkiye, and Malaysia—joining the event alongside the FMC China showcase of raw materials and hardware.

Organizers have refined the experience for international attendees by relocating the Overseas Buyer Lounge to E8A at the SNIEC. This space will host daily happy hours from September 8 to 10. Potential visitors must complete pre-registration through the DTS FurnitureChina app by 10:00 PM on September 6 to secure access and utilize support services, including visa invitations and specialized travel arrangements.
